Glavdostavka is a forwarding company that delivers cargo to any point in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. It provides a minimum percentage of delays in the market as well as turnkey services for launching logistics departments.
What was done
We took over the stages from the preparation of the technical task and design to publication. We made several integrations. Periodically published system updates and verified the course with the customer.
Web service and app
The system allows you to conduct online events and webinars. To do this, we also had to integrate a third-party webinar platform. Moreover, it allows to create and conduct personnel testing; it has advanced functionality for configuring questions and answers for tests. The integration of employees and internal documents of the service with corporate ERP is implemented. Additionally, it allows you to have a quick response to staff changes and to systematize the corporate knowledge base.
The dynamically growing company "closed" the issue of system training and onboarding of its employees. Instead of a zoo of disparate systems with "manual" organization between them, the company's IT landscape has become unified and transparent. Yes, we still periodically update it as the business evolves.
