We need a Marketing Manager who will find us high-quality leads and load the system, systematize marketing.


You will need to:
Analyze the market, identify key segments and target audience, as well as methods of attracting them
Create a marketing roadmap

Skills:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will take over the entire commercial part of the business and become a full-fledged partner.


You will need to:
Find leads and close on the contract, reach more and more volumes
Support clients throughout the entire life cycle (contract, accounting, and settlement, dispute resolution, additional sales)
Analyze the market, form a business strategy, and complement the business development strategy as a whole
Organize public events and marketing campaigns
Work on PR and brand awareness and reputation
Organize a commercial division

Skills:
How to enter major companies and sell IT services to them
Ability to build partnerships, identify client's pain points and find solutions
Versed in IT development and can speak the same language with the client and technical staff
Work independently and bring it to the end
Conflict resolution and partner behavior model
Knowledge of modern approaches and tools
Knowledge of foreign languages and experience in the international market is a big plus
Product marketing is a plus
Receipts with existing contracts is a big plus (increased %)
Organizational and people management skills is a plus
